Wow two in two days. Both with body counts nearing 20 and multiple injuries. The difference I see is that they weren't all at a central location. The shooters hit their main target were able to flee and kept on shooting else where. In this world of heightened awareness how did they both get away and continue the chaos? I thought law enforcement was getting better at their jobs. Guess not, I guess the criminals are still always one step ahead.
